In Memory of Brian Worthington

Brian Edwin Worthington, 47, of East Hartford, CT passed away after a battle with cancer on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Born in Manchester, CT to Nancy M. (Trueman) Worthington and the late Edwin C. Worthington. He was raised in Columbia, CT and was an active member of the Arabian Horse Association as well as the Arabian Horse Club of Connecticut. He was the proud owner of Woodland Acres Arabians and his pride and joy were his 5 horses. He loved spending his free time at the barn caring for his horses, refurbishing furniture and camping. Along with his mother, Brian is survived by his partner Shomari Cooper, his sisters Jennifer Worthington of Manchester, CT, Amy Worthington of East Hartford, CT, Teresa Tomaso (Brown) of Lebanon, CT, his nephew Jordan Worthington of Manchester, CT, his niece Jocelyn Worthington of Manchester, CT and great-niece Lillian Worthington. Brian also leaves behind his dog Buddy, and his horse children Prynceton, Layla, Sunny, Mick and Turbo.

Services will be private at the families convenience and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 18th. If you would like to attend please contact any family member.
