In Memory of Michael Sztaba

Michael Thomas Sztaba, loving father of Nicole (Midge) Sztaba Hall and husband to wife Karen, passed away at his home on September 8, 2020. Born August 21, 1947, Mike, aka "Sarge", was a proud Marine through and through, second only to being an incredibly proud and supportive father to his only daughter, and husband to his lifelong partner.

Mike served as a sergeant in the Marines in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive, where he garnered numerous medals as well as the Purple Heart. Upon his return, he served in the Marine Corps Reserves, and loved playing in his own Polka Band, his family, and his daughter's chosen career as an Arabian horsewoman. Well known at the Northeastern horse shows, there was never a day that passed when he left without his military apparel and his "cover"....Semper Fi, kind sir, and thank you for your service.
